What we review before estimating
Tell us the origin and destination, preferred moving date, home size and property type. We also need to know about elevators, stairs, loading restrictions, long carries, storage lockers and unusually large or delicate belongings.

Inventory and estimate accuracy
A complete inventory produces a more useful estimate. Include furniture, cartons, outdoor items, garage contents and anything stored away from the main residence. Photographs or a video walkthrough can help clarify unusual pieces, but final service and pricing depend on the information reviewed by the moving team.
Preparing the home
Reserve elevators and loading areas, identify parking rules and decide which items will travel with you. Passports, medication, jewellery, keys and irreplaceable documents should remain in your personal possession.
Pickup and delivery
At pickup, confirm the inventory and identify items needing special attention. At delivery, remain available to direct placement and review the shipment. Questions or concerns should be raised promptly using the process described in your moving agreement.
